Goals & Behavior
Their Goal is to help the citizen of the Metro to survive. This is either accomplished by attacking bandit groups, taking out mutant nests or simply helping a child find it's parents. They behave friendly to everything that doesnt need to be killed.
Behavior:
Polis - Friendly
Independant Stations - Friendly
Mutants - Neutral, only hostile when provocated or told
Bandits - Hostile
Equipment & Weaponry
Their equipment is rather poor, but due to the fact that they do not use a currency in the faction (Take what you need), they keep earning more things - either by raiding bandits, or by donations from those they helped.
[OOCly, this means that the equipment will be whatever the members of the faction find, during events or regular scavenging]
Structure & Authority
There is a simple structure - Leader, Co-Leader, Member.
There is no such thing as 'Rookie', mainly because they observe their possible members for a long while.
The authority is strict about crime, those who commit it will be banished from the group, and marked 'Neutral', and in bad cases, 'Hostile'. They are also told to give back everything they took, excluding food. The only things they get to keep are their clothes, and a flashlight. Armor and so on will be given back, and because they are nomads, it can be deadly for them to leave.
Recruitment
They observe people for a long time, before making a choice. They do, however, not find every good soul in the Metro, but they will keep trying. However, they are, and will always be, low on men, as they do not accept those who commited a crime.
