<--- Not my video, all credit to that guy.
Story
The current year is 2142, during the third ice age. Most of the planet's surface is covered in Ice, and even more of it is being fought for. There are two key factions, the EU and the PAC, both with their advantages and disadvantages.
Factions
PAC
The Pan-Asian Coalition, PAC for short, consists of every non-european country. While they have a huge load of soldiers, their equipment may seem high-tech, but is rather underdeveloped in combat. They have a huge fleet of Titans, however. Said titans are made for quick assaults, and have improved speed (55 kilometres per hour). However, their armor is low, and their shield capacity is medium. The weaponry consists of four 20-centimetre cannons on the lower side, aswell as twenty .50 Cal machine guns on the top, for light airborne defense.
EU
The European Union, EU for short, consists of every european country. They have high-tech battle equipment, but are rather low on men. They dont have a huge fleet of Titans like the PAC, mainly because their titans arent made for assaulting, but for defending and transporting. They have ten 20-centimetre cannons, five on the lower side, five on the upper side, aswell as ten 5x10 grid rocket launchers for anti-airborne units, and have heavy armor, making them rather slow (30 kilometres per hour).
What the RP will look like
Events Events will be battles for important locations, reaching from entire continents (Mega-event) to a part of a city (Mini-event).
Passive RP Yes, there will be passive RP. The first four players to be accepted (Faction, not entire RP) start at the rank 'Major General' (MG.), and may promote other players (Starting at Sergeant (Sgt.)) up to the rank of first Lieutenant (1LT). These players can make passive events, such as the exploring of an empty city (PM me first, though - I dont want to see a rambo scouting mission.) or a trip to their closest ground base. Non-event RP will be mostly located in a Titan, or a key base, such as the capital cities of the countries of the factions. Also, every Commander will be given a Titan.
Promotions
A MG may promote people up to the rank 'First Lieutenant' (1LT). However, everything beyond that needs permission by the Fleet Commander (FleetCom), and they may not promote past the rank of 'Colonel' (Col.).
Fights
A fight will be 'round-based', that means the squads are not permitted to kill the enemy right away. They are required to move up to every location, set up their weapons (LMGs, HMGs and Sniper Rifles), set up the barricades, detailing every step (From picking up the boards to hammering the nails). A squad will always have the option to retreat, but there is a chance (10%) that the entire squad, excluding the player that commands it, gets wiped out during the retreat. Additionally, PK's may be 'dished' out if there is no chance of surviving a conflict (A fireteam of 3 survivors, of squad Bravo, decides to charge at ten snipers, for example.)
Administration
PK's
As stated above, if a character has no chance of survival, he will recieve a PK. This could be fighting against a group of five tanks with nothing but sniper rifles, to assaulting an entire outpost with an APC.
Character limit
The character limit is currently '2'. Yes, it is very low, but I highly recommend having a char on both sides. However, the Major General characters are limited at '4' per faction, as said above (Again). If you do not wish to have such char, but are one of the first four players in the EU, for example, you can tell me. You may make a Major General char until someone else took that place.
